Job summary

One Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to join the Operations team in our Jacksonville office. You will support agents across onboarding, tools, processes, and listing activities, collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Transactions to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves coordinating meetings, assisting with MLS listings, handling office inquiries, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of real estate industry experience preferred.
• Experience with real estate transactions and office administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and MLS.
• Impeccable presentation, communication skills, and customer service.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quantitative skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage office phone calls, mail, and inquiries.
• Coordinate office meetings, trainings, events, and presentations.
• Assist onboarding and agent services to onboard new agents.
• Assist with listing transfers and add/edit listings on MLS.
• Order signs and photography with vendors and ensure listings feed networks.
• Maintain weekly listings reports and quarterly audits of MLS and internal programs.
• Provide cross-department support and ensure office operations run smoothly.
