Job summary

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty seeks an Advisor Experience Coordinator to support real estate advisors in Fort Worth. This full-time, on-site role coordinates onboarding/offboarding, controls access to tools, and ensures the team is informed about policies and resources.

You will help schedule training, maintain documentation, and respond to advisor inquiries while collaborating with internal teams to resolve needs and improve workflows.

• Active real estate license is required with prior experience as a real estate professional.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for advisors.
• Manage access to company tools and platforms.
• Keep advisors informed about policies, resources and best practices.
• Schedule and organize training sessions, meetings and events.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, guides and internal communications.
• Respond to advisor inquiries and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Gather advisor feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
