Job summary

Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for agents joining Compass. The role will manage the office, train on tools, assist with marketing, and support with various administrative tasks.

You will help ensure a world-class agent experience, working 100% in the Bridgehampton, NY office and collaborating across teams to drive adoption of Compass technology and services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents.
• Ability to establish credibility with agent decision-makers and influencers.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer pain points.
• Desire to foster in-office community and engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Willingness to work in-office during standard hours; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be the in-office face for Compass agents and guests, fielding questions and resolving issues.
• Provide basic marketing support using templates and liaise with marketing for complex requests.
• Troubleshoot tech, devices, and conference room hardware.
• Maintain office appearance, mail, supply inventory, and event setup; escalate facilities issues.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support such as data entry and meeting prep.
• Promote Compass technology adoption through 1:1 and group training.
• Collaborate with National Onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers.
• Work with other teams to channel questions and feedback from agents.
• Support office-wide projects like new openings and national initiatives.
• Be a culture carrier promoting positive change.
