Job summary

Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Manager in California to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents. You will train on Compass tools, support marketing requests, and guide onboarding to ensure a smooth start and ongoing success.

You will promote adoption of Compass technology, provide 1:1 coaching, coordinate training sessions, and collaborate with Marketing Advisors to deliver effective collateral.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
• Previous experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents aiming to grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact via phone, email, Zendesk, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, meetings, and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates, including listing presentations and postcards, and liaising with Marketing Advisors.
• Partner with Onboarding to welcome new customers and ensure a smooth first weeks and months at Compass.
• Support ongoing projects such as new office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activity.
• Collaborate with team members to champion questions and feedback on behalf of agents.
• Mentor Agent Experience Coordinator(s) and provide coverage for front desk services when needed.
• Be a culture carrier who inspires and empowers change with a positive approach.
