Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Coconut Grove (Miami, FL) to serve as the primary contact for agents joining Compass. You will train, support, and manage office operations to ensure a world-class experience for seller and buyer clients.

This role emphasizes 1:1 and group training, marketing collateral support, and collaboration with onboarding and other teams. A strong emphasis on communication, organization, and relationship building is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience training customers or teammates is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology and services with 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding to welcome new customers and align strategy.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activities.
• Collaborate with teams to advocate for agent feedback and questions.
• Welcome guests, manage the office, and handle facilities-related needs.
