Job summary

Compass in Miami, FL seeks an Agent Experience Manager to serve as the initial contact for agents, guiding them through Compass tools and programs, and coordinating with onboarding and marketing teams. The role is based 100% in the Coconut Grove office.

You will train clients, support marketing collateral creation, and collaborate across departments to ensure a world-class agent experience, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in an in-office environment and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Promote adoption of Compass tech with 1:1 and group trainings and strategic recommendations
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and liaising with marketing specialists
• Partner with Onboarding to welcome new customers to Compass
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and Expansion/M&A activity
• Collaborate with teams to advocate for agent questions and feedback
• Serve as the face of the office: greet visitors, manage phone line, and maintain office organization
