Job overview

Local Hero is seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter Account Manager - Agent Program to manage our Allstate Agent program. Responsibilities include utilizing various tactics and tools to generate optimal outcomes for our retail agent clients, providing high performance and service, and ensuring successful campaign results.

Location and work arrangement

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico.

*Relocation assistance is not provided. Do not apply if you do not reside in one of the above locations unless you are planning to relocate at your own expense.

Daily responsibilities
  • Manage account relationships with Allstate agents
  • Manage internal processes related to the Allstate agent program
  • Onboard, retain, and upsell agents
  • Lead webinars for new agents
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders
  • Process and QA client orders and renewals
  • Review and improve creative and media outputs
  • Address operational blockers and optimize processes
  • Maintain quality control measures
  • Collaborate internally to address business needs
Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in account management, operations, onboarding, or project management within SMB-focused SaaS or marketing services
  • Proficiency with operations management software
