This role is ideal for an auto finance expert eager to boost market share and forge strong relationships with dealership partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand our network and increase market share in the automotive finance sector.
  2. Dealer Support and Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional support to existing dealer partners, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities in automotive finance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Brand Promotion: Elevate brand visibility and awareness through strategic outreach and effective communication.
Qualifications
  1. 3-7 years of proven experience in auto finance or dealership account management, preferably with hands-on experience in special finance.
  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a track record of successful relationship building.
  3. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to achieve business objectives.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  5. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  6. A strong sense of teamwork with the ability to work independently.
  7. Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and full coverage insurance.
  8. Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  9. Residence within or near the assigned geographic territory is required.
  10. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
