Requirements

• Current Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or customer service.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and basic agency management software.
• Clear, empathetic communication style, both in person and over the phone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with agency-specific CRM systems is a plus.
