Openly is seeking a Territory Manager to champion agency partnerships across the assigned U.S. territory. You will drive platform adoption, coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Product, and travel up to 60% for in-person visits and remote touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or sales roles with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow the agency partner network within the assigned territory.
• Monitor book of business performance, renewals, and loss drivers to preserve profitability.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and service ops to resolve inquiries and optimize partnerships.
• Design and execute sales and co-marketing strategies with agency principals.
