Job summary

Openly is seeking a Territory Manager (Agency Success Manager) to drive our distribution strategy across the US. You will nurture independent agency partnerships, accelerate platform adoption, and expand premium growth while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Underwriting, and Product teams.

The role requires travel up to 60% within the assigned territory (IN/OH area preferred), strong relationship-building, and a background in P&C licensing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• 2+ years in P&C carrier or independent agency channels.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willing to complete licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Elevate agency partnerships with field visits and virtual touchpoints to drive production.
• Create territory engagement plans to boost quoting, binding, and premium growth.
• Identify prospective independent agency partners and connect them with the appointment team.
