Farmers Insurance is seeking Agency Sales Managers to join a growing district and help scale a premium insurance operation. You will receive extensive training through the Agency Sales Manager Program, enabling you to build and lead an effective sales team across multiple product lines, while leveraging a Fortune 500 brand.

The program offers a competitive commission and bonus structure, plus strong support from the district office.

Competenze

• Sales, business development, and/or management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Desire to be active in the community and help people navigate insurance needs.
• Desire to build a strong sales team and handle day-to-day operations.
• Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check.

Mansioni

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge with team members.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing and lead databases.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs.
