In this role you’ll operate with autonomy, develop long‑term plans, recruit staff, and drive profitability across multiple agencies, advancing Farmers’ community impact and market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coaching others to success.
• Pass a background check.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain).
• Access to startup capital and a suitable district office location.
