The Atlantic District in Abingdon, VA seeks an Agency Manager to lead and mentor a team of insurance sales professionals. You will guide growth initiatives, ensure high service standards, and expand the agency presence in the Abingdon community.

Ideal candidates have licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, plus 3+ years managing sales ops or leading teams in insurance, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Strong coaching and market insights are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Three or more years of experience managing sales operations or leading teams within the insurance industry.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth goals.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop sales staff.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products and regional market trends.
• Proficiency in agency management software and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to reach their full potential and achieve individual and office-wide goals.
• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our high standards of quality and care.
