You will mentor agents, manage daily operations, and collaborate with carriers to deliver superior coverage options while ensuring compliance and exceptional service. A meaningful leadership role awaits in a supportive, community-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of insurance sales and team leadership experience.
• Licensed in Virginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
• Proficiency with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations to meet goals and maintain service standards.
• Mentor sales representatives and help them refine client conversations.
• Foster a supportive, energetic office culture that welcomes ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities in the local market.
• Maintain relationships with carrier partners to ensure best coverage options.
• Handle complex client inquiries with thoughtful, personal care.
