The Atlantic District in Palmyra, Virginia seeks an Agency Lead to guide daily operations, coach a growing sales team, and strengthen ties with our Palmyra neighbors. You will oversee performance and compliance while driving customer-focused insurance solutions.

Competenze

Virginia Life and Health license required.
3+ years in insurance sales or agency management.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse sales team.
Experience in data analysis to track sales performance.
Strong organizational skills and regulatory compliance knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal communication with community clients.
