The Atlantic District is seeking an experienced Agency Manager in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA. You will guide our local team toward operational excellence, mentor sales producers, and build lasting relationships with the community to drive growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Virginia P&C and Life/Health licenses required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance with growth track record.
• Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and policy administration.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach a sales team.
• Strong proficiency with agency management systems and digital lead-tracking software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to deliver high-standard service to the community.
• Mentor sales producers with regular feedback, clear targets, and client-engagement coaching.
• Foster a positive, collaborative office culture supporting professional development.
• Monitor KPIs to track agency growth and refine processes.
• Engage with Spotsylvania Courthouse community to build brand awareness as a trusted local partner.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership to align local strategy with broader growth objectives.
