Support, mentor, and inspire our sales professionals to reach their personal and collective goals.
Create and execute local outreach strategies to expand our reach in the Carroll County area.
Ensure all business practices comply with state regulations and company quality standards.

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency.
Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Proven track record of managing insurance sales teams or similar business units.
