The Atlantic District in Virginia seeks an Agency Manager to lead the Chesterfield office with heart and vision, shaping culture and client service.

You will mentor sales staff, develop strategic plans to grow market share, and build relationships with local businesses and residents while upholding the trusted standard of service.

• Mentor and guide our sales staff, helping each person refine their approach and hit their individual milestones.

• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust our tactics to keep the agency moving in the right direction.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams within the insurance sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Deep understanding of agency operations, policy management, and carrier relations.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to reach their professional potential.
• Experience with agency management software and digital lead tracking systems.
