The Atlantic District is seeking an Agency Lead to run our Allentown, PA insurance operation, driving growth, operations, and client service. You will lead a compassionate team, shape local growth strategies, and ensure staff feel supported and valued while strengthening community ties.

Based in Allentown, you will mentor sales staff, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with agency owners on long-term goals to deliver the best protection options for neighbors in the Lehigh Valley.

Qualifications

• Ir PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Five+ years of experience managing insurance sales operations or high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Expertise in local market development and community outreach.
• Familiarity with modern agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Experience mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

• Oversee the daily operations of our Allentown office to ensure we are consistently meeting our service and growth standards.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire our sales team, providing them with the guidance they need to excel in their individual roles.
