The Atlantic District in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks a Lead Insurance Agent to run a Farmers agency, leading growth, operations, and client service. You will build a trusted local presence, mentor staff, and collaborate with underwriting to ensure accurate risk assessment.

Requirements include PA Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses, 3+ years in insurance sales or account management, and a Bachelor's degree in a related business field.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Life and Health Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and manage a robust client pipeline.
• Strong command of CRM systems and digital document management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related business field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial prospect contact to final policy issuance.
• Identify gaps in current client coverage and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting to ensure accurate risk assessment.
