Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Harrisburg office to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
Provide hands-on coaching and support to our sales staff to help them refine their skills and achieve their professional best.
Identify new opportunities for business development within the local community to expand our client base.
Maintain high standards of service by reviewing policy adjustments and addressing client concerns with care.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.
Report on key performance indicators to leadership, helping us refine our strategy and grow the brand.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Valid Life & Health license.
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team toward collective goals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily operations.
In-depth understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and regional market trends.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.
