Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license is required.
• State College based residency or willingness to relocate.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations.
• Deep understanding of policy underwriting and local market trends.
• Mentor sales staff and drive office growth.
• Experience with agency management software and digital lead tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our State College location, ensuring our service standards remain high.
• Lead, coach, and support our sales team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
