The Atlantic District in Hagerstown, MD seeks an Agency Lead to drive daily operations, mentor a sales team, and grow client relationships within the community.

Lead with empathy, ensure high service standards, and advance strategically to build a lasting agency legacy in the Maryland market.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and account management.
• Proven track record of mentoring or leading small teams.
• Clear understanding of Maryland insurance regulations and market trends.
• Strong organizational skills for managing agency operations and client databases.
• Proficiency in quoting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure clients receive high-quality support.
• Coach and guide sales staff to refine skills and reach career milestones.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen presence in the Hagerstown community.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to meet coverage needs.
