Job summary

The Atlantic District in Bristol, Virginia seeks an Agency Lead who loves community engagement and mentoring a talented sales team. You will guide staff, grow the agency, and ensure every client feels heard, valued, and protected while upholding a high standard of service.

Lead local marketing efforts, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with ownership to shape the agency's long-term vision. Virginia licenses required; five years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum of five years in insurance sales or agency operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
• Strong proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking.
• Deep understanding of the Bristol market and local networks.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor sales staff to help them reach their professional goals and improve their closing techniques.
