Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks an Assistant District Manager in Tempe to work with the District Manager on recruiting, training, and supervising an agency sales team. The role focuses on building a strong agent network and increasing Property/Casualty and Life sales across the region.

You’ll lead recruiting efforts, support agent development, and ensure high performance through coaching and strategic guidance, with compensation tied to results. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent; 3 years relevant experience required.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three months).
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Manager to recruit new agents and grow the agency.
• Train and develop agents to提升 performance and sales.
• Drive Property/Casualty and Life sales; meet key performance metrics.
• Perform supervisory tasks for the agency and ensure compliance with regulations.
