Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks an Assistant District Manager to partner with the District Manager in recruiting, training staff, driving sales and supervising agency operations. The role focuses on growing the FBFS sales force across property/casualty and life products.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required.
• Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo).
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet key performance metrics including recruiting new agents, training, driving sales and performing supervisory tasks for an agency.
• Partner with the District Manager in all aspects of the business to meet goals.
• Use our recruiting process to identify and recruit qualified new agents to increase the FBFS Agency sales force.
