Job summary

Levanta is hiring an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale training, certification, and resources for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing services within Levanta’s platform. You’ll collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and client impact.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs within a digital marketing or agency context.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including packaging, pricing, delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training program for affiliate management services.
• Create end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program execution.
• Launch and iterate training with initial cohort, collect feedback and improve curriculum.
• Develop a scalable education roadmap including LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.
• Develop and roll out an agency certification to assess proficiency in Levanta’s platform.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and tailor training to agency needs.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to Agency Customer Success for ongoing support.
