The role combines field coaching, business consulting, sales execution, and performance management, with significant time spent in agents’ markets. Travel approximately 80% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of field sales, agency, sales leadership, or business consulting experience.
• Knowledge of repeatable sales processes and business planning.
• Experience coaching for improved sales execution and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into action plans.

• Coach agents through agency development, establish business practices and repeatable processes.
• Develop and execute agency business plans with clear goals and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with agents on prospecting, school-based activities, and relationship building.
• Drive market development opportunities and school access strategies.
• Analyze agency performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with recruiting to support transitions from recruitment to agency launch.
