Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain Arizona Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire.
• 5+ years of experience in insurance, sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, or performance coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and drive results without constant oversight.
• Proven experience holding professionals accountable to performance goals.
