Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, sales leadership, business consulting, recruiting, or performance coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and drive results without constant oversight.
• Must hold or be willing and able to obtain Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with agency owners to help them scale their businesses through effective use of leads.
• Hold teams accountable to performance standards.
• Collaborate with the district recruiting and hiring team to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Report to the District Manager and contribute to district growth and profitability.
