Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to design and scale training that helps agencies package and sell affiliate and creator services on Levanta. You’ll craft curricula, certify proficiency, and collaborate across Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to drive adoption and success for client programs.

The role emphasizes building scalable education, repeatable processes, and cross-functional collaboration to support hundreds of partner agencies in a rapidly expanding startup.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs, ideally within a digital marketing or affiliate marketing agency.
• Direct experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including pricing and delivery models.
• Track record turning concepts into scalable programs and repeatable processes.
• Familiarity with Amazon and D2C affiliate marketing and marketplace dynamics.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven approach and strong cross-functional skills.
• Focus on efficiency and scale to educate, activate, and support agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch a comprehensive agency training program.
• Design end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate management fundamentals, packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and execution.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial agency cohorts to improve curriculum.
• Create a scalable learning roadmap with LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Establish an agency certification program to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to reflect agency needs and ensure smooth handoffs.
