Job summary

Levanta is building the Creator Commerce ecosystem, connecting brands, creators, and marketplaces through a single platform. The Agency Enablement Manager will design and launch an agency training program, certify partners, and scale education resources to help agencies offer affiliate and creator marketing as a core service.

Success will be measured by how many agencies complete the training and convert to client referrals, with cross-functional collaboration to refine programs across the

Qualifications

• Affiliate marketing expertise, with experience managing affiliate/creator programs.
• Agency service development experience: packaging, pricing and delivery models.
• Proven track record turning concepts into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive agency training curriculum.
• Create end-to-end training covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program execution.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial agency cohorts and gather feedback for improvements.
• Build scalable education infrastructure (LMS, on-demand training).
• Develop and rollout an agency certification program.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs to Customer Success for ongoing support.
