Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to design and scale education for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing services. You will build curricula, certification programs, and practical training to help agencies package, price, and deliver these services within Levanta’s platform.

You’ll partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure programs meet agency needs and drive adoption across the ecosystem, with a focus on scalable, repeatable learning resources.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Proven ability to build/scale agency services with packaging and pricing.
• Track record of turning concepts into repeatable, scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program for affiliate management.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering fundamentals, packaging, pricing, and program management.
• Launch, test, gather feedback, and iterate the curriculum and training experience.
• Create a scalable education roadmap (LMS, on-demand video, repeatable resources).
• Establish an agency certification to assess proficiency in Levanta’s platform, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Agency Partnerships to address barriers and align with agency needs.
