Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO, and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, guided by a sales team that brings in new business while you nurture and grow existing accounts.

You will retain relationships, drive renewals, and uncover expansion opportunities, all while presenting a single clear voice in coordination with strategists and the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling more work with measurable results.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.


• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.


• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.


• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.


• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.


• Comfort carrying a quota.


• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
