Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency serving marketing-led brands. As a Key Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, retention, renewals and growth opportunities. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep and expand the relationships.

You will work with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients, meet a seven-figure annual quota, and enjoy a base salary plus commission split 50/50.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.
