Job summary

Ziegler Ag Equipment in Minnesota is seeking an ambitious Ag Inside Sales Representative to build relationships, manage a fast-paced pipeline, and support customers through their buying journey. You will develop relationships, generate leads by phone and in person, assist walk-in clients, and drive direct sales across product lines including FENDT, Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Brandt, Geringhoff, CAT, and Ziegler’s used inventory.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment or business-to-business sales.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure every customer has a positive first interaction with Ziegler Ag Equipment and leaves with a favorable impression of the company.
• Build strong rapport with customers while balancing personal and professional relationships.
• Promptly follow up on all customer leads, requests, and inquiries.
• Promptly respond to requests of administrative and managerial employees.
• Meet with customers at the branch or on-site to conduct machine presentations and demonstrations.
• Address all needs of walk-in customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Execute a pricing strategy that aligns with company policy.
• Prospect and engage with new customers on a regular basis.
• Accurately maintain customer information and all sales activities within the CRM system.
