Ziegler Ag Equipment is seeking a customer-focused, ambitious Ag Inside Sales Representative to join our Ag Sales Team. You will develop relationships, manage a fast-paced pipeline, and support customers through their buying experience, including demonstrations and quotes.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and benefits, with travel about 25%+ to support on-site meetings and field sales activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong agricultural background and interest in ag market.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service, especially phone-based.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment features.
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure positive first interaction and leave a favorable impression.
• Build rapport with customers while balancing personal and professional relationships.
• Follow up on all customer leads, requests, and inquiries.
• Respond to administrative and managerial requests.
• Meet with customers for machine presentations and demonstrations.
• Address needs of walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
• Present quotes and product materials based on customer needs.
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with management across departments to support a team-selling environment.
• Schedule and conduct site demonstrations and field sales activities.
• Manage the sales process by asking questions and listening to provide tailored solutions.
