Ziegler Ag Equipment is looking for a customer-focused sales professional to grow our Ag Sales Team. The Ag Sales Account Manager will develop local customer relationships and sell equipment that fits their needs, representing FENDT, Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Brandt, Geringhoff, CAT, and Ziegler’s used inventory.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, plus a company vehicle and the latest business technology to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or agriculture.
• Strong agricultural background.
• Prior sales experience in ag equipment is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and CRM.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell equipment to prospective and existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and Ziegler Ag Equipment, ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Build rapport with customers while maintaining balance between personal and professional relationships.
• Assist all walk-in customers by responding to their needs promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Ag Regional Sales Manager and other team members throughout the sales process.
• Meet with assigned customers on site to understand operational needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Promptly follow up on all customer leads, requests, and inquiries.
• Prospect and engage with new customers to expand customer base and grow market share.
• Create and deliver quotes, product information, and materials that support decision-making.
• Conduct machine presentations and demonstrations to show capabilities and fit.
