Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking an Afterschool Site Lead to manage a licensed school‑age enrichment program in our Houston area locations. You will ensure children are safe, engaged, and supported while coordinating daily operations and implementing YMCA curriculum.

This part‑time role requires a high school diploma and experience with youth; you will work with families, school partners, and YMCA staff, including collaboration with districts such as Katy ISD, Conroe ISD, and Humble ISD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 21 and training hours in youth development or related field.
• Experience with youth in licensed settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a licensed afterschool program, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Coordinate daily operations, attendance records, and program activities.
• Build relationships with families, school partners and YMCA staff.
