Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston in Conroe, TX is seeking an Afterschool Site Lead to supervise a licensed school-age enrichment program. You will ensure children are safe, engaged, and well cared for, coordinate daily operations, implement the YMCA curriculum, and build strong partnerships with families and school partners.

This is a part-time, on-site role with meaningful impact each day. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year youth experience, and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with youth.
• CPR/First Aid and child abuse prevention certifications (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead licensed afterschool program and ensure child safety.
• Coordinate daily operations and activities.
• Maintain attendance and licensing compliance.
