Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking an Afterschool Site Lead to oversee a licensed school-age enrichment program in Katy ISD/Conroe ISD/Humble ISD locations. You will ensure safety, engagement, and quality of the YMCA curriculum while collaborating with families, partners, and staff.

Responsibilities include daily operations, licensing compliance, and program planning within a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Standing childcare/leadership experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensed afterschool program operations and safety.
• Coordinate daily activities and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain licensing compliance and attendance records.
• Engage with families, school partners, and YMCA staff.
• Ensure program space, equipment, and cleanliness meet standards.
• Oversee enrollment and attendance documentation.
