Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking an Afterschool Site Lead for licensed school-age programs in Katy ISD, Conroe ISD, and Humble ISD. You will oversee daily operations, implement YMCA curriculum, and ensure safety and licensing compliance.

The role emphasizes strong family communication, teamwork with school partners, and maintaining a high-quality environment for children. Part-time schedule with before/after school hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• Education and certifications as listed in матеріals.
• Ability to pass state/local background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensed afterschool program daily operations.
• Coordinate program activities and curriculum implementation.
• Maintain safety, attendance, and licensing compliance.
• Build strong relationships with families, school partners, and YMCA staff.
• Ensure program site cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Oversee enrollment and attendance records.
