Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians for a part-time role in Florida. You will support children with autism by implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, observe progress, and maintain detailed data.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans under the direction of a Board-C Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients.
• Assists clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in our online database.
• Participates in ongoing training to enhance skills.
