Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to assist children with autism in implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers 9–20 hours per week with opportunities for growth and training support.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, Medicaid credentials, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children and families. The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.

• Assists clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Participates as a treatment team member.
• Completes daily paperwork and data in our online database.
• Maintains client confidentiality and follows policies.
