Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self-care. Join us in collaborating with families to execute ABA-based behavior intervention plans.

We offer a part-time role with hours Monday-Friday 3:00pm-7:00pm, a supportive environment, and opportunities for educational and training advancement toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Document client progress and daily behavior data.
• Manage challenging behaviors with consistency.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
