Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism in a supportive, family-centered ABA setting. This part-time role offers 9–15 hours per week and the opportunity to contribute to communication, social interaction, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Candidates should have or be pursuing RBT certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required, with Medicaid credentials.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors using ABA principles.
• Applies behavioral strategies consistently in interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicates professionally with parents and the treatment team.
• Participates as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entries accurately.
