Butterfly Effects in Orlando, FL seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to directly assist children with autism under BCBA supervision. This part‑time role focuses on implementing ABA plans, improving communication, social interaction and self‑care, with flexible morning cases Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid Credentials is preferred/required.
• Candidate should have a passion for working with children and families.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress and daily behavior.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles in all interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients.
• Participates as an active member of the treatment team.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entries in the online database.
• Participates in ongoing training programs to improve skills.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information.
• Follows Butterfly Effects policies and procedures.
