Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT Certification with Medicaid Credentials required.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes and reports client progress and behavior daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors and applies ABA principles consistently.
• Assists clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and completes daily data entries.
