Arc After School & Experiential Education in Southern California seeks a Site Coordinator to lead after-school programs, mentor program leads, and create a safe, inspiring environment where students can learn and grow.

You will manage staff schedules, coordinate with school administration, monitor attendance, and oversee program quality, budget, and compliance. This is a full-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Regional Manager and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in after-school programming operations
• 1+ years managing a team
• Excellent communication with kids, parents, and staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• TB test and Live Scan background check
• CPR and first aid certification within 12 months
• English-Spanish bilingual preferred
• Ability to supervise and support staff

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily afterschool programs and activities
• Recruit, train, and manage afterschool program staff
• Develop staff schedules, assign duties, and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Serve as primary point of contact for school administration and foster partnerships between schools and staff
• Coordinate transportation and meals/snacks for students as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress and activities
• Maintain accurate records (attendance, incidents, evaluations) and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee program setup and budgeting, ensuring efficient use of resources
